Are you a Nutritionist?

I want to be very clear that I am NOT a Nutritionist.
Any information I give should not be taken as medical advice.
Every body is different & variances within how each person reacts to foods are wide & very common.
My knowledge is extensive. I study A LOT & have walked the Anti Inflammatory journey for over a decade now. I do share information & guide but am not to be mistaken for a professional nutritionist.

Why do you offer Meditation?

So many reasons, lol.
STRESS is a MAJOR source of inflammation and Meditation is well proven way of managing stress, both physically and emotionally, as well as spiritually.

I became a Meditation Instructor at the onset of the pandemic so that I could give it away to help people.
I now include it in my Coaching programs as much as the client or group & I agree that we want.

I’m about the WHOLE Anti Inflammatory Lifestyle.
It is defiantly more than a diet.
